Arrive 15–20 minutes before your confirmed guided visit to exchange or validate your voucher and complete entry procedures. A prepaid voucher may still need to be presented at the ticket area and does not necessarily eliminate the check-in line.

Guided visits are generally offered Monday through Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The theatre generally remains open until 5:00 p.m. The guided portion lasts approximately 35 minutes; allow 1–2 hours for arrival, the visit, photographs and an optional café stop.

English and Spanish visits operate at scheduled times. Confirm your exact time and language before arrival because the schedule may change for performances or official events.
