Visit a family plantation that has produced pineapples since 1995 and discover the work behind one of Costa Rica’s most recognizable tropical fruits. Approximately 250 acres make up the property, with a large portion maintained to help protect waterways and provide habitat for birds and other wildlife.

Your guide will explain pineapple planting, plant development, field care, harvesting and the characteristics that create a sweet, high-quality fruit. The tractor-pulled wagon makes it easy to move through the farm while enjoying the tropical landscape and, when weather permits, views toward Arenal Volcano.
