Check in at Selvatura Park and begin with a professional safety orientation and equipment fitting for the canopy tour. Travel through a circuit of 13 zip lines above and within Monteverde’s cloud forest, including a main cable approximately one kilometer long and the included Tarzan Swing, subject to individual restrictions and operating conditions.

Continue at your own pace along approximately three kilometers of cloud-forest trails connected by eight suspension bridges. Experience the forest from the ground to the canopy while observing mossy trees, ferns, bromeliads and changing mountain mist.

Complete the package with a guided visit to the Sloth Habitat. Learn about the resident sloths and conservation while observing them respectfully without touching or feeding. The current Platinum Pack does not include the Butterfly Garden, Hummingbird Garden, lunch or transportation unless separately confirmed.

The package takes place at Selvatura Park in Monteverde. Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the confirmed start time for check-in and equipment fitting. Current published departures are 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Transportation is not listed as included. Confirm directions, parking or optional shuttle arrangements before the tour date.

Allow approximately 4.5–5 hours for the three included experiences. Timing varies according to group size, weather and park flow.

Selvatura currently requires reservations at least 48 hours in advance and a minimum of two participants.

• Tarzan Swing maximum weight: 90 kg / 198 lb.
• Superman upgrade minimum weight: 55 kg / 121 lb and minimum height approximately 1.55 m / 61 in.
• Harness maximum dimensions: approximately 120 cm / 47 in waist and 75 cm / 30 in leg.
• The canopy tour is not permitted for guests who are pregnant or who have listed heart conditions, osteoporosis, significant back problems or surgery within the previous six months.
• Do not jump, rock the bridges, climb structures, feed wildlife or leave marked paths.
• Do not touch or feed animals inside the Sloth Habitat.

Selvatura’s current policy states that written cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
