The Canopy Tour and wildlife habitats include professional guides. The Treetop Walkways are self-guided, allowing you to explore the trails and suspension bridges at your own pace while following all posted safety rules.

The official All Day Pack begins daily at 8:30 a.m. and lasts approximately 6–6.5 hours. Arrive early enough to complete check-in before the scheduled start.

Confirm whether your reservation is self-drive or includes transportation. Parking is available at Selvatura Park for guests arriving independently.

Written cancellations received at least 48 hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before the tour receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related and force-majeure cases are handled according to the operator’s applicable policy.
