Meet at Selvatura Adventure Park near Monteverde and Santa Elena. Standard starts are commonly 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., subject to availability. Arrive 15–30 minutes before the confirmed time and follow any transportation instructions shown on your voucher.

• Minimum canopy age: 4 years.
• Maximum canopy weight: 125 kg (275 lb), subject to harness fit.

• Superman position requires at least 55 kg (121 lb) and a minimum height of 1.55 m (61 in).
• Canopy activities are not suitable during pregnancy or for guests with heart problems, osteoporosis, significant back problems or surgery within the previous six months.
• Closed shoes are mandatory; long hair must be tied back and large hoop earrings are not permitted.
• Do not touch or feed animals, leave marked paths or bring food into the wildlife exhibits.
